Rebecca works with individuals 16+ by utilizing a combination of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), compassion-focused therapy, and autonomic nervous system regulation skills (such as vagus nerve stimulation) to help clients accomplish their goals.

Area of expertise:

- Autonomic Nervous System Regulation

- Trauma Recovery

- Emotion Regulation and Management

- Mood Disorders (anxiety, panic attacks, depression, bipolar disorder)

Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work, Rebecca can be found hiking with her three year old Australian Shepard, gardening in her veggie garden, or curled up with a blanket and book. Recently, she has found great enjoyment in making delicious soups and breads each week.
