Jennifer has been a part of the Back in Action family for the past 3 years.  

Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Jennifer graduated with distinction from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology degree.  Jennifer completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.

Jennifer is also an Acupuncture provider, Concussion Management provider (Complete Concussion Management), and Balance and Vestibular Therapy provider.  Jennifer has also completed courses and is certified in basic taping and Manual Therapy (Level 1).  

Areas of Interest:

Jennifer has experience treating orthopaedic and neurological conditions in all ages and has worked in both a hospital rehabilitation and outpatient orthopaedic setting. She enjoys treating sports injuries, concussions, post-surgical cases, vestibular disorders, work injuries, and chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease or Parkinson’s disease.


Jennifer is also a published author.  Her research entitled "Managing Hospital Length of Stay Post-Stroke: Clinical and Psychosocial Predictors of Exceeding Target Length of Stay Among Inpatients Post-Stroke at an Urban Rehabilitation Hospital" is published in the Journal Stroke and Rehabilitation.

Additionally, Jennifer was a co-presenter at the 2017 Ontario Physiotherapy Association Conference and winner of the poster presentation competition.
