CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that you may have a need to cancel your reservation. To help us meet your needs, we offer you the

following policy:

Our appointments are reserved specifically for your care, and we appreciate your consideration in cancelling an appointment or rescheduling within a 24-hour window if you are unable to make it. 

 

At Back in Action, we follow a strict no-show and cancellation policy to ensure that our practitioners have the time they need to meet the needs of all other patients in our office. Canceling or changing your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a full charge appointment fee. Therefore, if you are unable to make your appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours beforehand so that we can give someone on our waitlist an opportunity for treatment.
