PAYMENT/INSURANCE

We are a fee for service clinic where most of our services are covered through an extended health care plan.  

Unfortunately we do not accept OHIP patients.    

 

We do accept MVA and WSIB patients.

Back in Action does not directly bill to your insurance company.  

We will provide you with receipt following your treatment that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your plan coverage.
